Final Mile is an internal business application used by authorized teams and franchise users. These terms are simple usage rules for access to the app and the data inside it.
Authorized use only
You may use Final Mile only if your organization has given you access.
Your access depends on your assigned role and tenant.
Accounts and access
Keep your login credentials private and do not share accounts.
Admins in your tenant may change access, roles, and user status when needed.
Tenant data boundaries
Use only the tenant data you are authorized to work with. Do not attempt to access other tenant data or bypass role restrictions.
Acceptable use
- Do not misuse exports, shared links, or order data.
- Do not upload malicious content or interfere with normal app operation.
- Do not test security boundaries or permissions outside approved work.
Operational changes
Features, workflows, and configuration may change over time as the app evolves. Your organization may also update how Final Mile is used internally.
