Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Final Mile (“Final Mile”, “we”, “us”, “our”), including our websites, applications, APIs, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Final Mile is a multi-tenant workflow platform used by organizations to manage job-related data and part-order workflows. The Service includes role-based access controls and features that may include creating, reviewing, exporting, and sharing part orders; managing reference tables (e.g., finishes, patterns); and receiving notifications related to workflow activity.

Accounts, roles, and organization control

  • You may only use the Service if you are authorized by your organization (“Franchise”).
  • Your actions are restricted by your assigned role (e.g., Admin, Installer, Engineer, Production, Workflow).
  • Franchise administrators can add/remove users, set roles, and manage configuration data.

Tenant isolation

The Service is designed to isolate each tenant/Franchise. You agree not to attempt to access data outside your authorized tenant/Franchise or bypass authorization checks.

Customer content

“Customer Content” includes job data, part orders, descriptions, attachments, notes, and other information submitted to the Service. You and/or your Franchise retain ownership of Customer Content. You grant Final Mile a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display Customer Content solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

Acceptable use

You will not:

  • Bypass authentication, authorization, or tenant isolation.
  • Probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without written authorization.
  • Upload malicious code or abuse the Service in a way that harms availability or security.
  • Reverse engineer the Service except where prohibited by law.
  • Use the Service to violate laws or third-party rights.

If you believe you found a vulnerability, report it through the Contact page. Don’t exploit it.

Exports, sharing, and invites

The Service may allow exporting data (for example, downloadable spreadsheets) and sharing records or invite links within a tenant/Franchise. You are responsible for safeguarding exported files and shared links once they leave the Service.

Security

We use safeguards designed to protect the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and reporting suspected unauthorized access.

Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service and may deploy updates. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service. Franchise administrators may remove users or revoke access at any time.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Final Mile disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FINAL MILE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

This includes any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to provide notice (for example, via an in-app message). Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
